Mini Learners brought local families together to share fun ways of educating their children

The Mini Learners sessions were designed for local families to share fun ways of educating their little ones, whilst learning along with them. The sessions involved learning through play with local parents. 

Science is all about understanding the world around us and using that information in a way that helps us. Maths can be an exciting and fun way to interact with the world around us too. Imagine bringing the two together in a fun and creative way where parents and children can learn together and from each other?

In this project parents got more involved in their children's learning, using wonderful tools to gain a positive collective experience whilst meeting other families. This was also a great opportunity for parents to share their innovative teaching techniques with others.
