Loom

Loom was all about learning how to weave and make your homemade loom

This project started as a collaboration between two residents, Emma from Sierra Leone, and Sreevalli from India who both learnt how to use and make their own homemade looms when they were young and want to share these skills and knowledge with more local people! You can use a loom for lots of interior design projects such as making tablecloths, chair backs or even a new blanket. Younger makers would even get involved by making a mini loom using cardboard, pins, and some thread!
